Era Living is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to become the newest member of our Nursing team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, Seattle, WA.

This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing to oversee the management of nursing services in the Health Care Center and to ensure delivery of quality clinical services and enhanced quality of life for all residents.

• Current WA State RN or LPN.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in long term care/skilled nursing facility and prior experience in incident/grievance investigation.
• Ability to work 11 am to 7:30 pm, Monday – Friday; some flexibility in schedule required to meet community needs.
• Knowledge of gerontology, residential and long-term care, infection prevention and control process, and care of older adults.
• Ability to educate/train staff to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ability to pass DSHS and State background check, required.
