• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data;

• Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution;

• Prepare program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts;

• Encode, test, debug, and install the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.

• BA/BS and 3 yrs of related experience;

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

• BA/BS and 3-4 yrs of related experience;

• TS/SCI security clearance.
