* Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data; * Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution; * Prepare program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts; * Encode, test, debug, and install the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.

* BA/BS and 3 yrs of related experience; * Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. * BA/BS and 3-4 yrs of related experience; * TS/SCI security clearance.
