Lead the account services for a small but brilliant CPG design boutique. This is the New York office of a Global Design firm. Manage accounts, develop new business and help them grow the New York office. This post requires strong strategic chops, and a winning approach to handling clients while developing new accounts. You will report into the Managing Director, and have Account Directors, Account managers, and coordinators reporting into you . This spot Focuses on driving the growth of existing accounts and working with the Business Development Team to secure and build new accounts.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Senior Team to provide foresight and client intelligence
• Oversee quality of client services and manage process
• Project and financial management
• Keeping projects on time, budget, and brief

• This individual should be expert in the field of branding, i.e. FMCG, Corporate and/or in Retail, leading the development this specialty.
• Manage the project lifecycle from beginning to end including budgeting, scheduling and implementation. - Must have Consumer Branding account services experience within the food, beverage, and beauty sectors. 7+ years agency account experience required. Client-side experience/contacts a plus.
