Responsibilities

A well established British strategic branding agency is expanding their New York office and wants to start with a full time Account Manager. They have a large office based in London but work globally with offices in Asia and elsewhere. This position would service the existing business and grow what business can be developed in the US, while helping to establish a full service office.

Key Responsibilities

Account Handling:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships on allocated account
  • Provide on going marketing consultancy on projects
  • Ensure that work is delivered ‘on brief,’ on time and on budget

Farming:

  • Build network within allocated client businesses to drive new projects

Finance

  • Have an understanding of budgeting i.e. ability to estimate time and costs on projects
  • Ensure estimates are approved by clients, obtain necessary approval signatures and purchase orders
  • Highlight invoices to be raised by Accounts department

Administration

  • Maintain 100% accurate files
  • Ensure that all communications achieve the highest standards of presentation and accuracy
  • Ensure that all client communications are accurately recorded and shared with client and relevant internal parties

  • Experienced in consumer facing brands and service businesses
