Construction Financial Analyst

Purpose of Position:

• To provide construction financial assistance to the capital projects team

Job Description:

• The primary focus is on analysing financial data as it related to capital projects
• This includes validating overall project cost and schedule with available system information, as well as information provided by the project manager and relevant stakeholders
• Analyzing available data through the life cycle of project, to help identify potential risks in the forecasts provided by a project team is the main responsibility

• BA in Finance or Accounting
• Plus minimum 6 years' financial or project controls experience, including 2 years in architectural, design, contracting, and project management or construction environment
• Must have construction finance/accounting background
• Must be very good with systems/technology
• Very proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Very strong analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment

• Health screen required as part of on-boarding process
