Summary
Responsible for providing direction and coordination in the retention and organization for Mid Continent Region technical records. The position oversees the implementation of Enbridge’s Operational Excellence Philosophy for the categories of technical records that are necessary to meet corporate, operational, safety, environment, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coordination, and training to operations staff, contractors, and consultants for all regulatory required technical records generated in the Cushing Region. - Responsible assisting with the PLM reporting system in the Region. Accountable for reviewing reports, final approval, and necessary actions to be taken to eliminate deficiencies. - Responsible for Regional records management and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and operational requirements as well as industry best practices. Coordinate and ensures cataloging, filing, retrieval, and final stakeholder distribution. - Coordinate with technical records for the creation and maintenance of specific dynamic records and record associated drawings (e.g. Hydrostatic test maps, weld maps, flange torque maps). - Lead custodian of Regional record library, forms, historical, and statistical information. - Coordinate in developing department standards, procedures, and practices for records management; both electronic and paper.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience, technical degree, or certification in Records Management, or relevant discipline. - Technical knowledge of regulatory (DOT, PHMSA, CFR) and compliance requirements and drawings associated with an operating pipeline. 2+ years of pipeline related experience preferred. - Minimum 5+ years experience with progressive responsibility. - Effective interpersonal skills with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management skills. - Computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point * Education Experience: Trade School / Certification Required * Employment Experience: 2 or more years of experience
