Program Lead of Green Investment Fund Program

* Develop and execute the GIF Program which includes developing/training a network of energy evaluators, implementing internal systems to support Program execution, call center training and support, defining evaluation requirements, tracking and reporting, etc. * Responsible for achieving target of 25000 Program participants by March 31st 2019 * Responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders such as municipalities, energy service companies, LDC’s, IESO, Manufacturers/Distributors and Associations to facilitate Program adoption and execution; * Responsible for establishing processes for expenses codes, invoicing process, tracking mechanisms, operational + executive reporting templates and that overall financial governance/discipline is set up to adequately meet Finance, Audit, and business requirements * Work with Marketing Manager on program delivery and execution and Business Intelligence, Program Management and Sales to identify new program opportunities * Work with Evaluation to improve program design based on evaluation results to ensure Program maximizes results that are defendable for audit. * Support Marketing and Sales groups by providing analytical support in translating data into actionable information to better facilitate marketing and delivery of Program * Support the Collaboration Lead to ensure collaboration efforts are optimized in such a way that attribution is streamlined and free ridership is minimized. * Responsible for ensuring the Union and Enbridge GIF program design elements are aligned and businesses successfully collaborating. * Work with other areas of the business to ensure Program related activities are aligned. (Communications, Community Expansion, etc.). Work with DSM group to ensure coordination and alignment of DSM and GIF Programs. * Work with the Marketing Manager to help prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Program status reports as per the MOE guidelines * Address and resolve incoming Program enquiries

* University Degree in business and seven or more years related industry experience * Understanding of energy optimization programs and experience in the energy sector * Strong interpersonal, negotiating and customer focus competencies * Excellent communication and change management skills * Creative thinker with a positive attitude who enjoys challenges and finding solutions * Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiples projects, deadlines, and priorities * Ability to communicate with all levels both internal and external including senior management, government agencies, regulators, energy service companies, vendors and other key stakeholders * Strong project management and strategic planning skills * Highly analytical with ability to translate data into actionable information for the purposes of program planning, marketing and execution
