Senior Financial Analyst

This Senior Financial Analyst position is part of a team responsible for the delivery of accurate, high quality financial and operating information to team members, managers and the eMoney Sr. Management Team. In addition, the Sr. Financial Analyst role will have responsibilities focused on program management, building data models, delivering both existing and new financial analyses as well as prepare and deliver executive level presentations. The Sr. Analyst role requires ability to form strong relationships with all levels across the organization to support shared analyses, best practices and help guide eMoney Advisor to success

* Provide business partner support for multiple functional areas within eMoney Advisor. * Develop multiple action-oriented profitability and statistical views supporting the financial success of eMoney Advisor. * Responsible for a variety of complex financial and statistical analyses including standard P&L as well as analytical views of profitability including but not limited to Client, Product, Segment and Lifetime value * Identify key expense drivers and note inefficiencies. Present findings to business management, informing areas to take alternative courses of action to correct or eliminate inefficiencies. * Establish project plans for medium- to large-sized projects and obtain management approval regarding project scope/deliverables, time and cost constraints. * Make recommendations for department process improvements and implement solutions that will result in more efficient collection, analysis, and reporting of information creating more capacity for strategic analysis and decision support. * Play a leadership role in defining budgeting processes and partner with team to develop and coordinate the multi-year/annual planning process as well as rolling forecasts. * Assist with pricing for both new and rebid efforts on existing product line as well as build out analysis and business case creation for new business opportunities. * Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations to eMoney Sr. Team to help guide effective and efficient decision making. * Respond to multiple ad-hoc analyses and requests from Sr. Mgt and eMoney colleagues.

**Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent required * 6-8 year of experience in Finance, preferably within a medium-sized, high-growth company * Experience with Six Sigma discipline as well as supporting a SaaS organization and/or Financial Services industry experience a plus. **Skills** * In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and reporting practices, tools, and procedures * Strong PC skills, especially Excel, Power Point.Working knowledge of relational database structures a plus. * Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required * Comfort and experience working with very large, complex data sets is a must * Ability to make independent decisions and manage projects. * Results-oriented individual who is conscientious of their quality of work and has ability to work across the organization * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Uses business and financial acumen and awareness of others' needs and concerns as basis for influencing efforts * Ability to envision the “big picture” while focusing on multiple objectives or assignments * Promotes teamwork and cooperation to resolve conflicts and ensure achievement of organizational objectives * Responds to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
