We are looking for people to join our global team to help us shape the future of IT infrastructure. We are currently seeking a Software Security Engineer Manager, this is a full-time position
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of security engineers to define and drive security best practices * Developing people and provide leadership on software security * Build relationships and foster teamwork with software development teams to ensure delivery of secure products * Ensure correct security directions and choices aligned with business requirements * Perform annual organization reviews * Aid in negotiation and coordination of plans and schedules * Analyze risk and report problems to senior management
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field * 7+ years of large scale, full lifecycle development experience and at least 5 years as a lead engineer * Excellent communication, documentation and influence skills * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and decision-making capabilities * Strong presentation skills * Candidate must be able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to communicate design rationale and influence others to move toward consensus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * SOA, Oracle Fusion Middleware, BPM, BPEL * Experience with primary aspects of security, secure C/C++ and Java development, and threat modeling. * Understanding of government system and crypto standards * Static and dynamic analysis tools * Experience with developing security standards and patterns * Experience with complex authentication and authorization systems * Experience developing or using fuzz testing tools * CSSLP or CISSP-ISSEP certification
