General Kitchen Worker

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the General Kitchen Worker position performs a variety of duties relating to patient meal services.

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **Experience** * Previous experience strongly preferred. * Licensure and/or Certification * None required. **Skills** * Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices. o Ability to maintain confidential information. * Ability to read, understand and follow written instructions and meal tickets. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to interact with patients, employees, family members, staff, and other customers in a positive, hospitable manner. * Computer skills to check Hospital e-mail and perform other training and mandatory requirements. * Ability to maintain confidential information. * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
