Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator position supports the primary Supplier Selection, Supplier Setup, On-boarding, Contract Management and VLX elements in the Full Life Cycle of Supplier Management. The primary result of these efforts is to locate, qualify, negotiate rates and manage contracts to fulfill services at client locations. This position is also a back-up for SOV processes as well as LSB processes and should have a good understanding of inventory management and the ordering process.

* Source contractors to perform services for clients * Assist in resolving issues concerning contractor performance * Negotiate service rates with contractors * Generate reports for Procurement Manager to track expiring contracts * Supplier setup **Document Preparation** * Create all exhibit documentation for contracts * Facilitates RFP documentation * Utilize DocuSign for requesting information from suppliers * Create contract amendments and termination letters * Create VLX databases in IWMS for clients **Documentation** * Manage and maintain vendor information including rates * Manage contract database to ensure that contracts are kept current * Assist with SOV process as needed * Assist with LSB process as needed * Assist with materials sourcing and ordering as needed * Works closely with Sourcing Manager, Legal, Risk and Operations and other internal and external groups, as required. * Completes other responsibilities as assigned

* Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, related field or the equivalent in education and work experience. * 3-5 years related work experience; 1+ years general office experience. Experience working with contractors in a same or similar role is highly preferred * Certification in Supply Management Preferred * Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Preferred
