Elite Technical is currently seeking multiple Requirements Analysts (Business Analysts) for multiple job opportunities including; Junior, Mid and Senior (Lead) level positions. These positions will be located in Washington DC and will be part of a high visibility, multi-year technical infrastructure revitalization program. * Work as part of a team of Requirements Analysts to perform analysis and document business rules, define requirements and/or process models for the project, and develop project documentation in conjunction with other members of the project team * Collaborate with the internal teams and the end clients to create and maintain all necessary requirements documents and requirements traceability matrices * The keys to the position include; Use case modeling, user stories, workflow diagramming, • documenting "AS IS" and "TO BE" processes, data analytics, SQL Queries, strong verbal and written skills, HP ALM.

* BS Degree, Computer Sciences, Business, Mathematics or Statistics * Must have Health Insurance and/or Healthcare Payer professional background * Multiple Requirement Analyst Positions - Junior to Mid - 3 to 5 years’ experience - Mid level – 5 Plus years’ experience - Senior (Lead) – 8+ years’ experience * Knowledge/experience in using various requirements analysis techniques and such as; Data Flow Diagrams, Workflow Diagramming, Decision Tables, Use Case Modeling, User Stories, o Document “AS IS” and “TO BE” processes etc… * Stakeholder Engagement (Execs, Directors, Managers, Users Customers etc…) * Candidate must be self-directed and capable of working in a fast paced environment * Candidate must demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills * Resume MUST be Professional, well written professional documents that informative including; Project Scope, Individual Contributions & Deliverables and Results * SQL Queries, MS Excel, Data Analysis, Visio (Diagramming), HP ALM, Adobe tools **Identifiable background in one or more of the following engagements:** * Health Insurance Projects (production improvements) * Insurance Industry (Membership Services) * Insurance Claims Processing / Adjudication (production improvements) * Liferay Open Source Portal * Next Generation Information Technology engagements * Traditional IT to Open Source Systems
