Senior Product Manager - Data Platform

* A technical leader with a deep understanding of the changes driving the big data movement. You sweat the details, knowing that it is the details that make a truly great product. * A strong leader who is results driven, detailed, follows through, and has an ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization, customers and partners. * Always finding best practices, using internal and external resources, and being a living example of these for the rest of the company. * Use your Hadoop, database, analytics background to manage and set the vision for EA’s offerings in this area. * Identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with customers and knowledge of the domain. * Lead the vision and roadmap for your area of the EA Data platform, driving buy-in from key stakeholders. * Be the product champion externally and passionate voice of the customer internally. * Define priorities for your engineering team – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results. * This is not a management position at this time

* At least 5 years of product management experience in an enterprise software product or an equivalent role. Management consulting in relevant areas also considered. * Deep understanding of Hadoop, database, and analytics technologies. For example, but not limited to, Hadoop, SAS, R, machine learning, and RDMBS systems. * Demonstrable experience bringing a successful enterprise software platform to market. * Interest in the video game industry and live-service gaming * Previous experience defining, driving and building a product from scratch. * Well-developed skills in presentation, public speaking and client management * Demonstration of strong performance and growth in prior roles and academics. * Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills. * BS in math or sciences (particularly computer science), economics or a related field. MBA is a nice to have.
