Summary

This ideal candidate will have a mix of ad tech know-how, analytical capabilities, and traditional advertising operations experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns (including display, video, value exchange) across all digital platforms
  • Test and resolve technical issues associated with campaign-specific creative assets and third party rich media vendor technologies
  • Interface with clients and agencies regarding asset requirements and specifications, and coordinate with internal creative services team when custom creative is required
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery to goal, escalate delivery issues as necessary, and optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives
  • Ensure flawless and complete campaign delivery focusing on client satisfaction (both internally and externally)
  • Closely work with and communicate proactively with Media Solutions team to ensure that revenue objectives are met
  • Utilize extensive Excel knowledge and analytical skills to compile reporting on an as-requested basis, to provide actionable insights in support overarching needs of the business
  • Gain full understanding of all tools critical to EA advertising operations, including but not limited to: DoubleClick’s suite of ad serving and campaign management products and associated third party and in-house technologies
  • Extensive familiarity with rich media ad formats, technologies, and third party vendors as well as media industry trends
  • Work closely with Media Product and Technical Project Management teams, to provide Media Operations support for testing and integration of new ad products and media tech
  • Ad hoc projects as needed
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in busy environment
  • Experience using multiple ad serving and reporting platforms. DFP specific experience is a plus
  • Mobile app media ops experience and familiarity with mobile monetization strategies highly desired
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically on the fly is an absolute must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail a MUST
  • Positive, team-player attitude. Willing to pitch in where needed, and work together with internal and external partners towards a common goal
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
