Summary
Cultural Care Au Pair (a division of EF Education First) is seeking a passionate, happy, energetic Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house marketing group. As an integral part of this truly global team, you’ll be based out of our Cambridge offices, but interface regularly with our international sales offices as we undertake the biggest creative transformation in our 25-year history. The right person will be as motivated as they are cheerful, as comfortable concepting as they are executing, and excited by the opportunity to work with other great people as we roll out a new look for this global brand.
Responsibilities
* You’ll work on a variety projects, producing designs and graphics for web, email, social media, sales presentations, and online advertising campaigns * You’ll help to ensure visual and voice consistency across all creative projects and brand initiatives, acting as a guardian of our brand standards * You’ll help select, retouch, and color-correct photos from our photo shoots * You’ll assist in the management of our creative assets, and help to keep our creative server well organized * You’ll collaborate with the internal marketing team and contribute new creative and design ideas to group brainstorms * You’ll work closely with our UX/UI team to assist with the design of, and graphic production for, various web projects
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 2 years designing as part of a marketing or creative team * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite * Familiarity with current design trends, consumer platforms, with a keen understanding of how the two intersect * The ability to work across platforms and mediums * The work ethic to meet tight deadlines * The ability to think conceptually and execute efficiently * Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to constantly improve * An upbeat can-do attitude, eye for detail, and flexibility * A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well with other designers
