Marketing Specialist

Work within marketing automation software, such as HubSpot, to coordinate and execute effective B2B lead generation marketing campaign workflows

Manage data, lead lists and create campaigns in Salesforce that coincide with HubSpot

Write original content pieces for enterprise customers on the website, blog, e-mail marketing, awards and newsletter

Coordinate with marketing vendors on new or updated collateral

Assist with the planning, promotion and implementation of webinars

Coordinate regional and national trade show event logistics. Effectively communicate logistics and responsibilities to Sales Team.

Assist in researching, drafting and distributing press releases and announcements to targeted media.

Actively update and maintain corporate social media accounts with news, announcements and coordinate any complaints or sales inquiries to the appropriate employee(s)

Assist with website content updates as needed.

Any marketing administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in developing and executing Marketing campaigns.

Experience in a B2B Marketing environment is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations

Excellent team building skills, including proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
