Senior Graphic Designer

• Provide graphic expertise to the Mid Atlantic leasing and development teams
• Produce dynamic, intelligent marketing collateral for our retail centers
• Execute production of graphics used for trade shows, property tours, high-level meetings, retailer meetings, multi-media and events
• Provide fresh, creative design perspective and brand identity for marketing materials
• Ability to function in a highly collaborative environment with internal team of designers, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), social media, website and video production
• Willingness to jump into various projects that combine consumer facing as b-to-b challenges
• Ability to manage relationships across all levels of the company including executive level
• Assist with in-house production efforts such as printing, trimming and binding as needed
• Facilitate production of materials through various outside vendors

Technology Requirements

• Strong Adobe skills including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience in interactive media (Adobe DPS, HTML5, etc), motion graphics and video editing, a plus
• Proficient to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Requirements

• Creative;highly organized
• 8-10 years working experience in design including but not limited to publishing, multimedia, print and web design
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Media Arts preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude weighs heavily in our decision
• Ability to handle pressure with grace
• Professional maturity
• Ability to delegate as needed
