Multimedia Production Manager

Edelman Financial Services provides financial planning and investment management services to more than 28,000 individuals and families and manages more than $15 billion in assets.

The Production Manager is responsible for developing and executing content across all channels (primarily video and audio, with emphasis on digital media), for use in our marketing and promotional campaigns. As a key member of the Marketing team, they will ensure our content is informative, engaging, and entertaining. This role reports to the VP, Brand & Communications.

* Manage multimedia production schedules across all channels, while properly utilizing the organization’s facilities and personnel for production * Support weekly production of the Truth About Money radio program and podcast * Lead content production process, working with both internal resources and external agencies * Coordinate with other teams in Marketing to ensure production is meeting content strategy requirements, and content marketing deadlines * Review LeadGen and conversion results to ensure content is meeting business objectives * Work with compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure produced content meets requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Production, Marketing or related field required * 5+ years experience in multimedia production * Experience in multichannel content generation and digital marketing * Familiar with relevant technology and software to build and generate high-quality content * Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. * Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Independent creativity required * Must be comfortable independently evaluating a situation, exercising judgment and discretion, and independently making a decision on matters of significance
