The Corporate Attorney provides guidance to a variety of internal departments including Marketing, HR, IT, Finance, International and Licensing, Retail, and Product Development.

* Meeting with internal clients to determine legal issues on a wide variety of topics and providing them with timely, concise and effective advice * Reviewing marketing programs and materials to ensure legal compliance * Reviewing, negotiating, supporting contracts including software licensing, IT consulting, marketing, IP license and partnerships * Providing legal guidance regarding privacy practices including privacy policy and incident response plan * Assisting in the management of the IP trademark and patent portfolio * Supporting HR regarding employment issues with assistance of outside counsel * Providing litigation support as needed with assistance of outside counsel * Supporting additional projects assigned by the General Counsel

* Minimum of 5 years' practice; in house experience a plus, retail legal experience preferred * Clear communicator, with strong legal and general writing skills * Must have a common sense approach to issues * Ability to interact with internal clients and external parties * Must be able to multitask and change gears from one matter to another when necessary * Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * JD Degree from accredited law school
