• At least 6 years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience working in User Stories
• Worked in an Agile environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Experience with requirements: elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
• Excellent collaboration skills across departments and roles
• Analytical mindset
