Senior Marketing Financial Analyst

This position is responsible for the financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Marketing business unit. The ideal candidate will serve as the finance business partner to evaluate and identify opportunities which enhance the company’s growth and profitability. They will ensure sound marketing investment analysis, post event analysis, and creation of business processes.

* Developing and maintaining various financial models to support the business. Including modeling of promotional opportunities and making recommendations. * Coordinate the development of financial budgets and forecasts for the Marketing division, adhering to corporate timelines. * Enhance, maintain and distribute weekly forecasts * Track revenue and expense variances to plan and detailed promotion schedules and provide timely projections on risks/opportunities. * Partner with corporate accounting on period end close activities and reconciliations.

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance/related field or equivalent experience and 5 plus years of related Finance experience, preferably within ecommerce or digital marketing. * Excellent Management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas formally and informally. * Solid analytical skills with the ability to relate complex financial items to appropriate stakeholders in a meaningful manner. * The ability to prioritize, multi-task and pro-actively manage multiple, often competing priorities, with diplomacy and tact.
