Lead Mobile Engineer

We are searching for a senior-level engineering Lead to join our mobile team as we continue to scale up. This person will be the engineering leader across Android, iOS, and mobile web teams (Currently about 8 people in the client engineering team and growing rapidly). * Excellent communication and engineering leadership skills * 5+ years of software development experience * 2+ years of software development experience producing high quality apps for mobile devices * Deep knowledge of at least one mobile app platform (iOS or Android), and enough knowledge of a second platform to be a capable technical leader for the rest of the team * Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem, from reporting to 3rd party libraries and services * Solid understanding of software development process / Agile / lean * You are full stack capable and have experience designing with restful APIs * Good understanding of Android and/or iOS UI patterns and style guides * Aptitude for growing & learning; self-motivated & creative spirit; desire to take leadership role
