Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize weekly email marketing campaigns across all core and emerging EatStreet markets nationwide to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement - Identify new opportunities for messaging and segmenting within the EatStreet subscriber set Champion the continuous advancement of brand standards and email best practices including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation Integrate email campaigns with other marketing channels such as social, mobile and the EatStreet app - Create email reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance, list engagement, multiple tests and data filters all the while leveraging key insights Improve deliverability, increase open and click through rates along with other key metrics - Partner with marketing, design and engineering leaders to create and test new technologies and workflow - Email marketing experience building and executing complex, diverse customer journeys and sophisticated email campaigns - Management of large volume email programs preferred - Exact Target (specifically Journey Builder and Automation Studio) experience and knowledge is heavily favored - Impeccable copywriting skills with engaging and powerful leadership qualities - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details - You must be comfortable with change and disruption, and are invigorated with the opportunities a startup environment provides
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3+ years email marketing experience building and executing complex, diverse customer journeys and sophisticated email campaigns. - 1-2 years management of large volume email programs preferred. - Exact Target (specifically Journey Builder and Automation Studio) experience and knowledge is heavily favored. - Impeccable copywriting skills with engaging and powerful leadership qualities. - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details. - You must be comfortable with change and disruption, and are invigorated with the opportunities a startup environment provides.
