Quality Specialist

Today, EAT Club is the largest business-focused online lunch delivery company in the US. We currently serve the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. We collaborate with the best local restaurants to provide quality and affordable meals that are prepared fresh daily. We also prepare healthy and tasty food in EAT Club’s own kitchens.

EAT Club is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food quality at distribution facilities in the Bay Area. In addition, this person would be training staff and auditing SOP compliance and effectiveness at existing and new locations. The Quality Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of process improvements and technical developments and infuse that in the company's operations through effective employee relations, training, and communication.

* Establishing quality standards, training techniques, and SOPs * Effectively resolve concerns of internal and external customers, understand customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective action * Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance; enforce food safety and sanitation processes across facilities * Perform operation tests to validate cooking instructions * Set cooking instructions for Bay Area and LA markets daily * Manage internal quality audit function and report to management

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred * Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Self-starter, ability to work under minimal supervision * Food Safety and QA process skills preferred * Strong interpersonal skills required, including the ability to relate and positively influence employees * Willing to commute between local facilities on a daily basis
