Mobile Backend Engineer

We are a skilled team of design, math, finance, and technology geeks who think differently about trust within the financial system and decided to do something about it.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to partner with our Mobile team in building out the first versions of our native iOS and Android apps, specifically their APIs and architecture. You will be responsible for setting the foundation for our iOS and API architecture, while defining patterns and practices for successful long-term development. You’ll work closely with different individuals across the entire engineering team and help mentor junior engineers as we grow the team.

• Solid backend engineering and API experience
• Interest and knowledge in frontend and mobile technologies
• Desire to collaborate and grow with a team of engineers

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration of iOS applications
• Knowledge of JavascriptCore and integrating JS libraries with native iOS
• Experience architecting iOS applications for security and long-term maintainability
