Senior JDA Business Systems Analyst

Solution Design:

• You will be involved in the solution design, prototyping, application configuration/integration, conference room pilots, documentation, testing, training, and project management
• You will articulate how solution sets could fit into your customer’s business environment and will be able to articulate the associated impacts in the areas of demand planning, supply chain planning, master production scheduling, and order fulfillment
• You will partner closely with the management team and customer group to develop a quality baseline project plan and take ownership and initiative of execution of weekly project tasks

Systems Administration:

• Configuration of JDA Software Applications

• Provide dynamic solutions to help us improve and grow in the marketplace

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or High School Diploma or GED plus 7 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation; or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus 3 years of business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility to include document preparation.
• Intermediate to advanced level of experience with Supply Chain Solutions
• Working knowledge of project management
• Intermediate use of SQL, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• 10+ Years of JDA Solution Design and Implementation (JDA Master Planning, Fulfillment, Sequencing, Demand)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and command a room of your peers
• Advanced Project Management and/or Lean/Six Sigma experience
• Technical execution experience including software development or ETL work
