COMBS Site Manager

DynCorp International LLC has its origins with two companies formed in 1946 – Land-Air, Inc., and California Eastern Airways. 1951: Land-Air, Inc., which became the predecessor to DynCorp International’s Maintenance and Technical Support Services (MTSS) Division, reached a major milestone in 1951 with the award of the first Contract Field Teams (CFT) contract by the Air Force Logistics Command (AFLC).

The COMBS Site Manager manages, plans, directs, controls, coordinates and evaluates all logistics and personnel management functions at Contractor Operated and Maintained Based Supply (COMBS) sites.

* Manage personnel in Supply, Logistics, Warehouse, etc. to ensure timely and accurate COMBS management. * Supervise the transfer, adjustment, turn-in, issue, receipt and control of all material and property assigned to program site. * Review MRO data reports to ensure compliance with customer/contractual obligations; research unusual transactions or patterns. * Oversee preparing lost/damaged statements for lost, destroyed or damaged property and discusses problems with Program Management Office for clarification and settlements of discrepancies. * Oversee the data updates, retrieves and uses data to respond to a variety of customer requests. * Oversee and is responsible for the scheduling and performance of QECs (Quick Engine Changes) by the GSE mechanic * Maintain direct communications with Customer regarding part status, aircraft status, etc. * Draft local policies, procedures, plans and guidance for supply and services operations. * Implement and adjusts procedures for receipt, storage, issue and document control of supplies and equipment. * Schedule and oversees inventories. * Provide technical guidance and training to assigned personnel. * Monitor direct reports to ensure goals are met. Mentors staff. * Investigate and reconcile discrepancies and reports those that could not be resolved at lower levels. * Execute and establish functions, including development or modification of local procedures, in accordance with guidelines established by the Program Management Office. Review in terms of compliance with procedures, integrity of materials and property accountability to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with local supply information and inventory records. * Perform other qualified duties as assigned

**Experience & Education** * Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline, or equivalent experience. * Five (5) years T6-C supply or quality control related experience preferred. * Eight (8) or more year’s progressive employment within Supply Chain, Distribution, Quality Control or Logistics fields. * Four (4) years of direct supply or quality control management related experience. * Military/Contractor work experience minimum of four (4) years and non-commissioned officer or warrant logistics course graduate preferred. * Experience with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations) required. **Knowledge & Skills** * Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. * Understanding of the needs of the organization serviced. * Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines * In depth knowledge of company supply systems operation, terminology, procedures, and typical automated supply systems operation. * Proficient in Microsoft applications, general computer * IATA Dangerous Goods Training * Certification in Hazardous Material Handling and Shipping **Physical Requirements/Working Environment** * Office Environment * May work in Aircraft maintenance hangar or warehouse.
