Business Analyst

* Lead requirements and design sessions; drive stakeholders to make sound decisions 2. Author and review requirements, use case, and process flow documentation for the website and integrated systems 3. Translate and decompose high-level business requirements and user experience designs into detailed functional requirements for development and QA teams 4. Understand true business needs and propose ideas and solutions; evaluate alternative solutions when needed and make recommendations 5. Clearly communicate and summarize requirements to business and technical audiences 6. Solicit ongoing input from technical leads to ensure designs are feasible and meet the requirements 7. Participate and assist test team in documenting test cases 8. Guide and coordinate internal and vendor activities and deliverables and ensure accuracy and high quality 9. Create/assist with project planning and task definition; revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 10. Work with Business units on custom reporting needs and develop ad hoc reports. 11. Other duties as required.

* 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering 2. BS/BA in Computer Science or related degree 3. Understanding of software development methodologies 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 5. Proven capability in gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements 6. Strong problem identification and solving skills; highly analytical 7. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve common objectives 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 9. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests at once while meeting deadlines 10. Ability to adapt plans and react to change 11. Acute attention to detail in producing deliverables while understanding big-picture objectives and strategy 12. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies 13. Superb time management skills working with tight deadlines 14. Working familiarity with basic query writing and Atlassian tools is a plus 15. Must have good interpersonal skills (oral & written)
