HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and developing our on-boarding experience for new employees for all departments. Once a candidate has accepted a position the HR Coordinator begins the preparation process for the first week. Working with the hiring manager, sessions are scheduled in advance of start date and confirmed with the people delivering the session.

* Conducts, coordinates, and develops on boarding experience and training for new employees for all departments including Accounting, Design, Account Services, Project management, etc * Work with hiring managers, IT, and OPS to schedule meetings and training in advance of start date and confirm with trainers in delivering the session * Schedules on site interviews and assists with recruiting * Office management – Maintains office services by organizing office operations by reaching out to vendors for ad hoc items and covering for receptionist during lunch and off days * Maintains employee personnel files

* 0-2 yrs in Human resources * Human Resource Bachelor’s degree or comparable * Strong follow through with projects and ability to handle ambiguity * Self-Starter, proactive, does not need hand-holding * Ability and disciplined in handling confidential information * Experience in a fast paced team environment with strong attention to detail * Results oriented * Multi tasker * Customer services skills * Problem solver * Planning and organizational skills * Proficient in excel
