Summary
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for Dropbox Basic. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and analysis of programs aimed at improving the user onboarding experience and feature discovery on Dropbox. You will partner closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to launch campaigns across multiple channels, including web, in-product, and email.
Responsibilities
* Lead the testing, development, and execution of programs aimed at improving user engagement and other key performance metrics * Prioritize opportunities for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses for user-focused and results-oriented campaign strategies * Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Design teams to ship improvements * Analyze data to monitor website and funnel performance (e.g. volumes and activity, key demographics & trends, etc.) and discover areas for improvement * Manage execution of A/B tests, website redesigns, and new landing pages * Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from test data
Ideal Candidate
* 2–4 years experience in growth, product marketing or demand generation * Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests; “test and learn” mentality * Experience building and optimizing customer engagement programs in a fast-paced B2C or B2B company * Strong analytical skills * Strong project management skills: ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward * Experience with customer lifecycle management (e.g., upsell, cross-sell, retention) preferred * Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales preferred
