Fleet Services Manager

This Management position estimates and controls mechanical repairs and expenditures in a cost effective manner. Maintains quality standards by inspecting all repairs to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines. Provides service to internal and external customers * Lead the daily operations of a team of 10+ Representatives * Develop and train Warranty Claim Representatives * Monitor and review work of Claim Representatives to ensure it is effective * Must have effective communication, both oral and written * Provide daily goals and strategy to their team that will maximize long-term success * Demonstrate good communication, organizational, negotiation, leadership

**Qualifications:** * At least 3 years of proven success managing a team of 10+ * A minimum of two years damage appraisal/writing experience is required for this position * High School Degree required. Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred. * Good analytical skills * Understanding motor vehicle liability and subrogation * Proven skills in auto damage appraisals * Experience using automotive appraisal software required. * Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities * Time management skills * Skill to use PC and Microsoft Operating systems software * Skill to work cooperatively with other employees, customers, clients and other involved parties * Ability to work a flexible schedule evenings and weekends * Ability to recognize financial implications of business decisions and strategy * Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines, due dates, commitments and schedules **Physical Demands.** * This job position is designated as a safety sensitive position. * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. * Must be able to carry and transport up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet. * Requires standing for extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling. * Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. * Requires sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to type for extended periods of time. * Requires being able to hear and speak with others in-person or on the phone. * Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
