Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with art partners in creative development of seasonal marketing intiatives, from concept to execution. - Work closely with marketing partners to creatively meet business objectives. - Manage Copy Writers - work-flow of copy team; both full-time and freelance. Review copy and give creative direction to copy team.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience preferred. - 5 + years fashion/advertising copywriting experience. - Ability to deliver creative solutions to business objectives. - Creative out of the box thinker. Someone who goes above and beyond. - Ability to work well with varied groups of people. - Experience giving clear creative direction, managing a small team and and overseeing dept. workflow. - Desire to inspire and mold your team, setting them up for success and promotion within the company. - Superior time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
