Summary
We are seeking passionate, energetic and flexible individuals to join the team as Sr. Operations Analysts. The Sr. Operations Analyst will be responsible for driving the strategic initiatives and providing support for various off the shelf, customized applications and enterprise wide systems. This position lies at the focal point of all IT and engineering groups and provides really high visibility to C level executives. The candidate is expected to understand the functioning of all business systems and use this knowledge to leverage troubleshooting, analysis and monitoring of issues. The candidate is expected to keep the customer experience in mind and should put the customer experience at forefront for all teams during a process design or process change or issue resolution. The analyst is also expected to keep business needs in mind and propose these needs to IT/ Engineering teams that will help build solutions to meet these needs and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Learning and understanding the functioning of all business systems and their impact and general behavior * Understanding system performance and be able to pin point the root cause of an issue to allow fix engineers to drive issue towards resolution immediately * Using business intelligence to recommend, initiate and manage projects that will help improve the monitoring, business processes, customer experience and long term product stability * Coordinating and collaborating with various business units to address/ escalate emerging trends and incidents to provide pro active customer experience * Participating in defining, designing and constantly improving the pro active customer experience
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelors degree from four year college or university; MBA a plus * 2 - 4 years of work experience in a related field * Fast Learner * Understanding of customer interactions with a corporation and how individual touch points affect customer experience(web, mobile, application) * Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with senior executives and other business units to form strong cross org and cross enterprise wide relationships * Excellent thought leadership and project management skills; prior incident management experience desirable * Strong collaborative/ team work skills; a problem solver with a results orientation * Flexibility to work in a multi shift environment * Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and data to produce meaningful insights * Passion for TV, technology and being a part of something that will redefine the future
