Our Clinical Pharmacist acts as pharmaceutical consultant to provide drug information to physicians and nurses. Participates in order entry, order verification, dispensing, patient consultation and other duties specific to the area assigned.
- One year work experience in hospital or outpatient oncology practice
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD
- Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
- Registered Pharmacist in State of Arizona
- BCOP
- PGY-2 Pharmacy Oncology Residency
- Experience with Hospital EMR
