Business Analyst

Digital Infuzion is an SEI CMMI level 3-appraised information technology firm that offers innovative computer services, informatics, and enterprise solutions to research centers and healthcare organizations.

This position requires the candidate to actively participate in identifying, refining, organizing, and documenting system requirements. The candidate will work with customers, peers and other stakeholders. An engaged, proactive approach is expected. The candidate will be required to identify and document the discussions and processes by which the decisions were reached. This will include developing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, User Stories, workflows, UI Specs, presentation material, release notes, and help content.

* Conduct analysis to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources for requirements elicitation sessions * Participate in and facilitate Release Planning Sessions * Identify, refine, organize, and document user requirements as User Stories and Acceptance Criteria * Obtain client approval of acceptance criteria and priorities * Prepare presentation materials for User Story Workshops and Sprint Reviews * Organize meetings and document discussions and decisions * Develop and maintain Features and User Stories in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS). * Basic UI design of features * Work as part of a team on designs of complex features * Develop system user guides and developer guides for a Software Development Kit (SDK) * Complete assignments according to the established deadlines * Work both independently and as a part of a team

**Qualifications:** * 3-5 years of experience in requirements definition and management activities for Web based applications * Experience in leading requirements elicitation meetings (Preferred) * Experience working in an Agile environment (Preferred) * Experience with a requirements management system (Preferred) * Experience creating UI Mockups/Designs (Preferred) * Knowledge of CMMI (Preferred) * Experience with defining business rules, security requirements, machine learning and/or NLP concepts considered a plus. **Mandatory Skills:** * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent client management skills * Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements * Strong facilitation, coordination and tracking skills * Self-motivated, self-directed, energetic, quick, and adaptive learner * Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to details is critical * Solid Microsoft Office skills **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field
