Senior Front End Engineer

Our teams are growing and we are looking for top talent to build out the next generation of talent sourcing management, engagement, and analytics tools. We are looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to our team, located in our San Jose, CA headquarters. This individual will be a core member of our Web Application Development team supporting our Front End Engineering needs.

* Work with business users to define system requirements. * Responsible for communicating project status to team members and business users. * Responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and deploying changes to the system. * Work with Product Development to understand and solve business issues. * Participates in deployment planning. * Other duties as assigned.

* Senior level, full-stack software developer with 10+ years of experience * Strong experience with front end web development * Solid understanding of networking, database fundamentals, distributed systems, operating systems fundamentals * Demonstrable open-source work * Experience with Docker and containerization * Comfortable building real-time systems to model and analyze millions of data points * Works well with others in a non-distributed, small startup team; able to both teach and learn * Ability to think outside the box, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent ability to formulate and express ideas in a clear, organized fashion * Preferred proficiency in the following technical skills: * Javascript, Angular, React, Flask, HTML5 & CSS3, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Application deployment (Docker), Microservice Architecture
