Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison with DENSO plants and OEM plants for problem resolution * Periodically travel to customer's planets to resolve quality problems * Track problem occurrences, investigate, and process countermeasure reports to customers * Coordinate containment activities * Analyze current processes and identifies activities to improve efficiencies * Dispute non-DENSO rejects off the record * Timely problem resolution within 15 days * Complete appropriate paperwork and follow document processes * Monthly issue tracking/closure record * Travel for training and DENSO plant auditing
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering * Communications and presentation skills * 5-10 years of experience working in a quality department in the automotive industry * Automotive component knowledge and vehicle diagnostic tool experience * Experience working with Excel, Powerpoint and Access * Vehicle system knowledge is highly desired
