Application Engineer

* Primary technical contact/liaison under general supervision between OEM and DENSO groups for hybrid components. * Functions as the contact person for customer engineers, reviews customer specifications/requirements, negotiates program timing and engineering issues. * Works directly with OEM to promote DENSO products and strategy and to support the resolution of technical issues. * Support/perform product testing under the review of more senior engineers and support technical strategy planning, SOR/RFQ activities, sample design review/coordination through PPAP/mass production milestones.

**Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Previous related experience within a Plant or Production environment is preferred. * Written and verbal communication and presentation skills to primarily gather or exchange information with internal and external customers on factual matters. * Customer service skills to interact and partner with a limited number of external customers related to business outcomes.
