Provide IT consulting services to Life Sciences industry clients. Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects. Provide a single point of contact for projects. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Define project scope and objectives. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the project staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; and provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Define life sciences industry technology systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, test, and define support procedures; develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports; and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis. Manage project teams responsible for writing test plans using Sylenium, and Load Runner.

Lead the use of HP Quality Center and JIRA to automate reporting with RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix), and perform regression testing using Graphical User Interface and API Testing. Oversee the customization of Sales and Service cloud applications on CRM platforms including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and CPQ using Big Machines and Apptus. Lead the use of Apex and Visualforce to optimize Sales and Service cloud applications, and develop using Adobe Flex and Angular.js. Drive the design of Sales Dashboards including marketing executive, sales executive, sales manager, sales activity, and lead and opportunity, and Customer Service dashboards, including service KPI, service executive, and agent supervisor, and automating business processes on Salesforce.com Wave Analytics Cloud. Oversee the design of technical architecture solutions for CRM, Human Capital Management, and Business Intelligence platforms for integration using SOAP, .Net, TIBCO and EAI Tools and authentication using Active Directory, and SAML One Login for B2B and B2C transactions. Manage project team in designing Hierarchical, Network, Relational, and Star - Schema data models, using Visualforce, HTML and Angular.js. Lead project team in developing custom applications using Apex and Visualforce and integrating using Cast Iron, Informatica, Databoomi, Jitterbit, and Mulesoft Integration Platform.
