Functional and technical design lead who demonstrates leadership skills and has hands on expertise designing and implementing Oracles EPM Hyperion Planning solutions in support of the FDAs Federal Financial budget planning process. Candidate should have strong communication skills as he/she will be independently facilitating requirements and design workshops, leading and executing the full system development life cycle.

• Bachelors or higher level degree
• 3+ years of experience with Hyperion Essbase
• Experience with performance management technology
• MUST be elegible for US Government security clearance
