Responsibilities
* Develop rich, easy to use, interactive, visually appealing graphics and data visualizations of "large" amounts of data * Develop calculations to summarize information surfacing actionable issues to minimize the need for manual ad-hoc dashboard searching and drilling * Create benchmarking models and views to allow customers to see how their use of capabilities and best practices compare to others in their industry or use case. * Develop appropriate and meaningful KPIs, metrics and reports to showcase Customer Success progress within the company * Work with R&D and business development to develop adoption profiles to highlight and track customer usage of features and capabilities within their secure infrastructure. * Expert knowledge of enterprise database tools and ecosystem * Work with source systems, ETL tools and SQL processes to understand/build/debug the sources of visualization data.
Ideal Candidate
* A mimimum of a Bachelors degree is required. Advanced degree in quantitative field preferred - Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Research, Statistics, Economics, related fields, or equivalent work experience.. * 5+ years’ experience in Analytics, within the relevant domains of customer service, product, marketing, social networks, etc. * Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools or packages preferred (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.) * Minimum 3 years visualization design experience to include dashboards, executive briefings, or front end visualizations * Proven ability to solve complex business problems using BI tools * XML, json and REST API expertise * Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend. * Java/Python/R coding experience a plus * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
