Enterprise Architect(TS/SCI)

The selected practitioner will work with our client to assess IT support to the intelligence enterprise and recommend solutions to improve operations. The practitioner should have experience in IT enterprise architecture design and assessment, and who can assist with the formulation and drafting of an Information Systems Initial Capabilities Document (previous JCIDS / IS ICD experience valued but not required). A TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

* 5+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience * A minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation * A willingness to travel to client locations in the DC metro area * A Bachelor’s Degree * Business process design, business process modeling * Must have Active TS/SCI * Experience in Enterprise Architecture principles and methodologies, with preference to methodologies relevant to the DoD (DODAF, FEA, FSAM, etc). • A firm understanding of the software development lifecycle; preferably with an understanding of at least on SDLC methodology such as Agile * Preferably some technical experience in either software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, or other relevant experience * Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) * Demonstrated ability to communicate technically complex concepts in clear language * Ability to work both independently and within a team * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment * An advanced degree in the area of specialization
