We are hiring a Principal Software Engineer to join our Windows OS Engineering team.

• Working directly with Microsoft to drive resolution of issues, communicate requirements, and drive strategic alignment on future development activities for the Windows OS platform.
• Work with client system teams to ensure planning and execution alignment for Windows integration efforts.
• Work with manufacturing teams on fulfillment plans and architectures related to the Windows platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to capture technical requirements, communicate engineering status, and drive issue resolution

• BS or MS degree in CS/CE/EE or related fields.
• Technical expertise in the Windows Operating System.
• Programming skills with experience related to C++, C# .NET & Visual Studio.
• Demonstrated ability to lead groups of engineers
• Experience working with Microsoft is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good team player.
