We’ re looking for members to join our EDG- Experienced Design Group and help create industry changing designs for Dell and the future.

* Delivers “best in class” product design solutions that are part of a larger strategy and understands their impact in the context of the Dell * brand. * Maintains a global end-user perspective in all product concepts. * Remains current on international design trends, including CMF, form, user interaction. * Constantly aware of and current on the competitive landscape of products in assigned category. * Responsible for decision making based on corporate business strategy. * Constantly pushing the envelope and expanding the imagination of cross functional counterparts with innovative product concepts. * Placing proposals in the context of a user scenario and environment to illustrate the benefits and facilitate effective decision making when communicating ideas. * Clearly understands organizational structure and how it affects decision making. * Clearly communicates POR to organization. * Proactively engages cross functional team members to secure early buy-in of ideas.

* Excellent collaboration skills * Ability to work in matrix organizations * Experienced Change Agent * Ability to work in fast pace environment * minimal travel * Bachelor in Industrial Design and 10+years industry experience
