Process Staff Engineer

* Facilitate regular standing project reviews with business partners to track milestones * Manage projects to ensure on time delivery within budget without impact to production operations * Drive productivity and process improvements with ODM and 2T business partners * Produce and publish regular stakeholder reports * Track and publish regular project cost savings including quote and PO status * Unify cross functional teams including internal leaders to drive the best business decisions for Dell * Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members to develop bench strength within the organization * Manage multiple assignments and processes

* Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or technical degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience * Knowledge of engineering theory, design criteria, industrial engineering ie flow analysis, simulation, capacity assessment, ergonomics, OSHA, inbound/outbound transportation networks, etc. * Project management principles * Experience in problem solving * Effective communication, interpersonal and organization skills * Flexibility / adaptability to a changing environment **Preferences** * PM certification
