Commissary Manager

The Commissary Manager is responsible for determining quantities of food, beverage and related products required to adequately stock commissary and purchase products on behalf of the company.

* Oversee supervision of commissary employees, including hiring, scheduling, and training on policies, procedures, duties and activities. * Purchase, receive and distribute food and beverage, verifying receiving slips and forwarding invoices; complete timely and accurate bi-monthly inventory. * Issue product to stands; ensure correct stock has been delivered. * Ensure product quality; control costs. * Keep abreast of sanitation laws; ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed. * Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions.

* We are seeking a minimum of 3-5 years of food service experience. * Previous experience with inventory distribution and control. * Familiar with purchasing and sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment. * Strong communication, organizational skills and customer service skills. * Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
