Club Manager

The Club Manager will oversee day to day club operations. Works closely with head of F&B to recommend and establish prices and portions for products and services.

* Maintains existing programs and develops new concepts that ensure the highest possible quality of food service. Ensures proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment. * Directly oversees hourly associates for the unit, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and counseling, and termination. * Maintains positive client and guest relations. Responds to client requests and ensures alignment with company standards; investigates and follows through on client and guest complaints. * With the support from the Food & Beverage Manager, accountable for budget and profitability of unit. Standardizes portions; controls food, beverage, and labor costs, develops financial objectives consistent with company objectives.

* We are seeking candidates that have a passion for guest service and quality food service that can demonstrate knowledge and experience of 1-3 years management experience in the food service industry. * A candidate with experience in food preparation, f&b equipment, inventory and cost control. * A candidate with excellent decision making and leadership skills, integrity, high levels of energy and enthusiasm, that can build relationships and develop talent and manage performance of staff within organization, will be considered for this unique opportunity.
