Summary
The position is responsible for leading a team that is charged with identifying, prioritizing and delivering new features and functionality for growth of the DealerSocket Inventory platform. This is a key role within the Research & Development team, working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to connect and create complete solutions. The Product Manager must communicate effectively with all areas of the company and be accountable for product requirements and performance.
Responsibilities
* Execute on business and product strategy * Organize ideas into actionable, profitable projects * Perform Business Case and ROI analysis for product initiatives * Work with internal teams to prioritize product initiatives * Document product requirements in positioning documents and development Epics * Participate in Market analysis and user experience research * Manage communication channels to internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
**Education** Bachelor's Degree **Experience** * Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of implementing features yielding a return on investment. * Previous experience in Automotive Retail preferred **Required Skills** * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to effectively work independent and in team settings * Ability to manage meetings, presentations and discussions with multiple team members and business leaders * Good critical thinking and decision patterns
