Contracts Administrator

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the administration process of reconciling and procuring maintenance contracts with third-party vendors for Datalink customers. This position directly impacts customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate internal database content.

* Reconcile customer data with vendor and internal database systems (expiration dates, costs, serial numbers, etc.) * Reconcile customer data with sales team and internal departments (quotes, expiration dates, costs, serial numbers, etc.) * Prepare maintenance cost quotes for sales team and internal departments * Purchase maintenance contracts through various vendor partners (cutting purchase orders, canceling contracts, etc.) * Manage maintenance database information and ensure data integrity * Track progress of open maintenance orders and perform follow up as needed * Respond to Help Desk calls * All other duties as assigned / Adhere to Company Core Values

All positions require excellent verbal and written communication skills, between both the customer and all levels within the organization. Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required. Minimum of two-year college degree and/or two years industry experiences in lieu of degree * 3+ years of maintenance, contract, and/or buying experience. * Strong oral and written communication skills * Must have the ability to multi-task and must be detail-orientated * Literate in MS office, with strong Excel background * Vendor and customer relationship experience. (High-tech industry experience preferred). * Ability to work with a team and maintain open communication with internal and external customers.
