Recruiting Coordinator

Datadog is on a mission to bring sanity to IT Monitoring. We’re experiencing tremendous growth and are looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process for our Engineering hires in both North America and Europe. This position is located at our Headquarters in New York.

* Manage job posts in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards. * Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process. * Schedule all on-site and video conference interviews for our global offices. * Manage new hire process by drafting offer letters, connecting with references, and reviewing all background check reports. * Plan and attend recruiting events (in-house meetups, career fairs, etc.) to help pipeline new talent. * Additional ad hoc support to the People Operations team as needed. * Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience, regardless of outcome.

* Energetic, enthusiastic, and organized * Able to support fast-paced recruitment activity in an ever changing environment * Able to effectively prioritize projects and multi-task * Be comfortable handling confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion * Bonus points: previous exposure to Human Resources and/or recruiting tools
